He probably heard the shot and, in a state of fear and panic, grabbed his gun and bravely did a perimeter check to make sure that any gun toting murderers were gone and not threatening his home or neighborhood.  Sounds like a guy that puts his family and neighbors above his own personal safety.

Actually, he probably just met the dude and killed him once the guy saw his gun. At that point, it's self defense because if the other guy would have taken his gun, Hernandez would be dead today.

I can only assume the security system feeds into a call center where the footage is saved, his smashing it just drew more attention to himself I figure (and added an obstruction of justice charge)...He shoulda gone all Archer on it & broke into the security Company office & swapped the tape...or gone all Walter White & used a big ass magnet to erase everything

This dumbass has never watched Archer or Breaking Bad  :horrorsurprise:
