If an investigation does materialize, will he still be able to play?

I'd feel bad for him with all the redic bullshit he has to go through if he wasn't such a terrible racist.

Decided to go to Texags to see what they had to say about all this, found this gem.

I vaguely remember that. I recall he was acting like the second coming of Steve Dave challenging people to fight.

Look how happy he is.  Can you imagine if he was playing at a school he actually cared about our wanted to play for?

No way JF cares about winning the SEC.  They guy is having too much fun.  I mean, if he played for Texas, he would probably care about confy titles and stuff, but since he is trapped playing for the Aggies, I have no doubt that he is realistic about what this season can/will be and is just out to have as much fun being a college kid before he leaves College Station for the less disgusting smell of an NFL backup QB position in a mid level NFL town.

He should totally transfer to another non-SEC school then.  I mean, one with a decent football program that isn't so disgustingly horrible.  If he has to sit the yr anyway, might as well get something good out of it like a different program.

If Mack doesn't work this to his benefit, he is insane.
