North Dakota State has suspended junior LB Travis Beck after the Bison allegedly knocked a man unconscious during a fight.

Beck was charged with aggravated assault following the weekend altercation. He was named the most valuable player in the 2011 Division I Football Championship Subdivision title game after the Bison won back to back titles.

they'll take the route ku fans did with martin.  first the shock of the news turns to animosity towards their former beloved player.  they will want him gone.  he's not good enough to play for dances with wolves aggie.  then, after the news has had a chance to soak in, and rumors start to speculate that his charges might be reduced, regardless of his guilt or involvement in the crime, they'll quickly turn and begin to welcome him back into Fort Sedgwick with open arms.
