Dom fouled him pretty hard.  You must not have been paying attention...at all.

Did Jamar walk?  I don't think so.  Didn't see a replay, though.  The refs could probably call walks on half of all such drives to the hoop, but they only call 10% of them walks.  Jamar was one of the unfortunate ones.
