I am also working on a Veterinary Biomedical Research Center east of town. Im not sure what company policy is on taking pics though. Apparently, it will have ties to NBAF. It is funded privately.

It would have seemed less douchey if I would have mentioned that it wasn't my pic, I just pulled it off of the Alumni Center facebook.  They've had a lot of updates on there.

I'm really enjoying this thread, I wish I had more time to go out and shoot but I'm glad someone else likes to go check out local projects.

Also, it appears that eventually Miller Parkway will be connected to Scenic. It is already connected via gated gravel road that has more fire hydrants per foot than ive ever seen.
