Was this indoor lady track or outdoor lady track?

Outside.  The one that has the thing where they jump the hurdle in a big group and land in a relatively shallow pool of water, which is so weird.

It was whichever one they didn't show on TV.

Dude, that crap has all sorts of real life applications for KU athletes. Running from cops, evading baby mamas, eluding process servers, etc.

Can any KU fans name one women's track athlete off the top of their head?

I know of Diamond Dixon, but that's only because she won gold in the 4x400 at the 2012 Olympics.  National hero.

Was she the one they made sit on the bench in the finals?

Weird. My ESPNU was full of baseball yesterday. What time was this televised? It's an all day event, right? Also, how did Lolo Jones do? Is she still a virgin?

Guys, I just looked it up. Apparently someone wins Women's Outdoor Exercising every year. It's not like the Triple Crown where only 4 teams have done it in the past 15 years. Seriously, what's all this hub-bub about National Titles? They just don't seem like that great of an accomplishment to me.

Photoshopped. If this were a real Track and Field Championship, they'd be hoisting one of these:

Look at it this way, they still have a good reason to keep the track at the football stadium. The best part is they will probably start hanging track banners around because it actually garners more national attention and provides some distracting talking points for announcers during home football games when KU is down 50.

Sounds like a win/win situation for the KU faithful. Self fulfillment and a nice distraction from Charlie's Train Wreck.

They'll hang a 2013 National Championship banner and not mention the sport.  Since nobody paid attention to KU football last year, half the fanbase will think its football.  The other half will still not know what its for, but will know its not football.

Nope.  The beautiful thing about the new track complex is that it will allow KU to upgrade Memorial Stadium and remove the track.

I like how the football program has to get permission from the track team to do stuff to the stadium. Reminds me of middle school.
