Weekdays: Up at 6, go to bed at 10:30 - 11
Weekends: Up at 7:30, go to bed at 11 - 11:30ish
I feel like if you vary your bed time a lot between weeknights and the weekend it's hard to get in a rhythm, but maybe that's just me. I use to sleep in until like 9 on the weekends, then I had a kid. Job is mental, and no physical.
