What if the richest, most influential businessmen got together in one place and one time, and it were highly publicized, would there the a security and safety threat for those involved?

The amount of heat on the earth is equal to the amount of heat that enters minus the heat that leaves. Greenhouse gases make it more difficult for heat to leave.
