Doesn't really matter if the fans overlook the opponent. The question is will your players?

yes, I talked to most of the team yesterday and they said that they were overlooking NDSU.
Did the grass stains wash out of their pants nicely when you were done washing them?

I set up lollypop for that ass whipping he just gave me. feels bad.

Does anybody else find the irony in a sock asking laundry related questions?

BJ Finney, Tyler Lockett, Curry Sexton, Randall Evans, Truman, Walker, Zimmerman, Mueller, Slaughter, Trujillo, and Keenan Taylor all played during the Eastern Kentucky debacle of 2011.  Our team is not going to overlook this game.

I can overlook this game because I know Bill won't.

A buddy of mine oversees concessions at the stadium and he said that they're probably not going to open them up in the visitor section for the NDSU game because the preliminary reports show that NDSU kids have bought <100 tickets.

I heard that to prepare for the game, K-State was going to run a few scrimmages against Manhattan Middle School. My source said it was mostly to get used to playing against opponents of that size.

They're just going to make up a team of the smallest kids from each school.

This is a fact. Our team learned a great deal the last two years about how to overlook an opener as they prepared to face "Da U" and still come out with a win over an undersized d-2 team.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Amirite?

Pro-tip: Bill doesn't give a crap about this game.

He'll devote about an hour and a half of practice time preparing the team for NDSU on the Friday before the game.  All other practice time is reserved for FBS opponents.

Worked out ok the last several years... If it ain't broke don't fix it, right?

Why change an effective strategy that's proven to work?

just talked to some of the players this morning (2 of the team captains were among them). anyway, I guess a few guys asked Bill if they could see some game tape of this NDSU team to watch during their free time. Bill said no, he wanted them resting and blowing off steam instead. said to focus on the stud Big 12 teams during practice, focus on recovery and rest when not practicing. just thought I'd share with you guys.

I'd rather not lose to the Ragin' Cajuns again.  Is there any chance of that happening this year?

After the demoralizing beatdown that the Northern Dakota Buffaloes will seemingly put on us, I just don't see how we can recover to win another game until we get the freebie in lowrents to close the season to be honest.
