Single story 2br house.

My last apt was top floor and it was great for nighttime breezes, but the alcoholic old lady below must have kept her place at 90 in the winter. My heater barely ever came on. I kept the window at the head of my bed half open as long as it was above like 30. Summer was pretty dece tho

I lived in a top floor apartment and one winter we didn't turn the heat on once, every once in a while you could see your breathe but man we saved a lot of money
