The Big 12 announced distributions of $198 million to its 10 member schools for the 2012-13 school year on Friday, the final day of the league's spring meetings.
plz compare to other conferences, tell me how to feel
Each school will receive approximately $20.7 million in revenue distribution.
Eight Big 12 schools will receive $22 million, while newcomers TCU and West Virginia will receive half shares of $11 million.

I assume we made around 3.2 billion off of tier 3 as well?
is this money already factored into our budget for the year? or is this extra? I know nothing about accounting

I hope the rowing center was actually in the budget and we use the extra 3mil for things like recruiting expenses or limestone walls or paying off refs.

As I remember the Mizzou rationalization for the SEC ultimately became "stability". they seemed to latch onto this talking point pretty hard.
