I think it's time for this mantra to die, seems Frank trusts Underwood a great deal.  Huggs/Frank=Frank/Underwood.  Certainly he is more valuable than Delonte right now.  Te's gotta do a hell of a lot more than snag the occasional DC Assault recruit.  You could make the argument that the rest of the staff could now make the same inroads since the pipeline is now in place.

Isn't Charlotte still looking?  I couldn't see what Lutz was getting paid (fracking private schools) except that he was getting 4 years of base salary and a $948,000 buyout.  The university prez said she was looking for a young coach who could recruit to Charlotte and that it has outstanding facilities. 

Is coaching under Frank's shadow at $425K/year a better stepping stone than being HC at Charlotte at a hypothetical $400K plus incentives and potentially turning them around?
