He's at UNC with Fedora.  Fedora has five former Zook/Illinois assistants on his staff.  All of the ones that were any good.

My favorite part of hiring VK after enduring Zook and Weber and now Beckman is he would never have been an embarrassment.  It's a low bar, but goddamnit I'm tired of goofy rough ridin' dunces coaching Illinois' major sports teams.  It's not just the losing, but that they are also raging dipshits that really rubs the salt in the wound.  If you sit down with the guy and it's apparent that he's one corny weirdo sonofabitch don't pay him millions of dollars.  Just don't.
