It's going to suck, but the only thing that semi helps me is Zyrtec. It's really expensive, but it eases the pain.

costco brand is $12 for 365 tablets

also if you guys use flonase, ask your dr for a generic script and get it from the pharmacy, it's $5 instead of $100 or whatever

Yoga just try whatever before you buy the Costco value pak. You don't want to end up with an entire season supply of nightmare inducing Zyrtec.

Are these canned smoked oysters? You might actually be allergic to the liquid smoke and not the oyster.

Hmm yes. Hmmm I guess I will experiment with my body and compare to unsmoked canned oysters even though I don't really like them.

although my seasonals arent so bad (one pill a week really fixes it), i'm also allergic to metal. causes alot more issues.
