I am 5'10" about 165 and have a 30 inch waist. I have the weirdest body type, when I tell people what size I wear they freak out.  I don't look skinny and am not by any means, just no waist.

my goal is to wear 32's comfortably again. currently in 34's.
How tall are you? I wear 34's but you're making me all self conscious about it now. But 32's usually don't come in the length I need, 33's would be perfect, but they hardly exist.

I'm 6'-0" and what on earth has this thread turned into

I this ought to be a "safe place" kind of thread, too.  Leave us weirdly shaped people alone!  :shakesfist: :curse: :chainsaw:

Not fat, just unusual body shape. Considering how much power lifts I do as my exercise routine, it really doesn't make sense to have a 30 inch waist.  Imagine if a frog stood up and put pants on.

Basically scrub the air punching and the yoga and just run or go on a bike ride those days.  Do everything else.

"I don't believe in ageING!"
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

My rough ridin' computer (work) has been screwing around all morning trying to apply a Windows update (I think).  It's been several hours.  IT guy is all  :dunno:

Hate this. Also hate it when I'm in a hurry to leave the office, shut down the computer only to have it tell me that it will be applying 25 Windows updates and NOT to turn off my computer for any reason. It takes its time to apply all 25 major updates and I'm late to whatever commitment I was rushing out the door to originally.  (IT experts, what will happen if I just force it to shut down next time?)
I'm in it purely for the entertainment value.
