Who Big 12 teams are losing, returning, and adding

Hey everyone!  I'm an Iowa State fan and I created a document on our forums that shows who every big 12 team loses, returns, and adds to their roster.  I also show all players ESPN and Rivals profile.

No, it's Penn State and Notre Dame to the Big 12, and BYU fills the whole we leave when we go to the SEC.

What is up with you guys not signing any post players right now? 

Right now you have:

6'9 C-Fincher
6'8 PF-Johnson
6'7 PF-Gipson
6'7 SF-Westicles
6'6 SF-Southwell

You guys will get dominated in the post if you don't pick up a couple post players.
