If it was just one piece of paper I'd argue it was underzealous. Unless it was his season tickets for next season, then it's the appropriate amount of zealousness.

also, how dare you even have an opinion. we will need first need to use goEMAW money to subscribe to the merc and then have it for at least four years before you can even begin to decide what you actually think about it and whether or not it's a good use of the money. i'm calling saul right now to have him place the order.
