Will be interesting to see how these guys got into the country. Seems to me that any one from Chechnya should go under more screenings than normal to be given permanent residence status. Given the region's history with terrorism. 

Update: Looks like these guys may have been in the country as long as 2002 or 2003 and just became permanent residents. So it's Bush's fault.
