No, the way that site works is that it picks two existing pokemon and then combines them into a new one.  It generates the names (first half of first pokemon + second half of second pokemon).

when I was younger I got a holographic dark charizard and thought I was pretty sure I was going to sell it for honus wagner bucks

Still have a charizard, blastoise and venusaur (holographic of course) set. According to eBay they are worth like $0.99 each.
