What about a loveline type show each weeknight between 10-12 with WackyCat as the host?

People call in with their relationship questions and WackyCat provides advice and real life philly chasing stories.

It could be a bit awkward with callers giving the host advice.   :dunno:

It can be on right after Dax's sunday morning athletic revenue breakdown.

No.  he has the listeners call in with the ingredients then tells them where better ingredients can be found.

He also gives tips on sodium intake and milk glasses and such.  In the show.  He gives the tips during his show.

It's the craziest thing, but I've had several interviews over the last few months, and in all of them, they seem most interested in my time as a DJamer on KSDB.

Maybe thats more revealing about your life than the interviewer

i can see that.  don't know what you are interviewing for, but it'd make sense for a lot of things.

Yeah maybe.  But one of my classmates (who is a pretty big academic stud) has a pretty long resume, including a few years working for "Big Tobacco," and he said that all interviewers ask him about is his stint working for his college radio station too.

Just seemed weird.  I debated about whether or not to even put it on my resume.

Thanks, KSDB!

I won a box full of Metal CDs back in the early 90's from KSDB.  I was the first/only caller to know some obscure 80's era Thrash trivia on some show that aired Sunday's (I think).

I kept the Cerebral Fix - Tower of Spite CD and took the rest to the pawn shop on south 5th Street and hocked them for some much needed beer money.

Any of you cats work there back then?

Sounds like this thread should inspire more gE podcasts. I'd be okay with that.

I'd probably pay good money to hear Joe Davis being interviewed by Trim.
