Guys, I got them.  :D She's happy and I'm happy. Bought them through a squawk. Met him outside hooters for them.

Just make sure her ginormous amazon head doesn't sit in front of some poor kid who's trying to watch the game not see shrek 2 live.

Did anyone have a pending charge on their credit card, then get a cancellation?

yes.    Also, the cancellation email I got shows a refund of $12 less than the initial authorization, but I assume that will resolve itself.

Dumbass

they are cancelled because Ole Miss is using them all you mongoloid $!#*.

I said there was no way your dumbass is getting tickets through ole miss.  I was right.

I just got a confirmation email saying we got tickets through Ole Miss.  :dunno:

Hoping to get Jack Nicholson's seat in the Staples Center for when the cats cut down the nets and head to the Final 4.

Good work.  figured at least a few would go through, most would not.

BTW, will they be selling beer at the Sprint Center for the NCAA's? I noticed they didn't during the Big 12 tourney..

important question

They don't sell beer to the general public at NCAA sanctioned events.

So was our game against UF not sanctioned?  I got pak'd in my seat.

I believe the actual terminology is "NCAA Championship events".

I don't why the Big 12 thinks it has to follow the NCAA's policy for the Big 12 tournament and the Big 12 FB championship game, I am pretty sure the majority of conference postseason tournaments and games sell beer to the public.

What skipper said. Events that the NCAA put on. They will have beer in the luxury boxes and at hospitality events, that's it. Have you guys never been to tournament games as a 21+?

What are you talking about with Baylor? I hope you aren't insinuating that Baylor's view on alcohol is shaping conference policy on this subject, because you would be wrong. I can tell you for a fact that many Big 12 schools did not sell alcohol before during the Big 8. ADs and the CEOs of the conference don't want alcohol at their events because they don't want to deal with the liability issues that the NFL has to deal with. Colorado and West Virginia have decided that the increased revenue is worth the potential liability issues.

Yeah, watching stubhub & Craigslist, I practically stole my tickets from this squawk. Face value was $80 on pre sale and he sold them for $100 a piece. The market is going for double that on lowers. :gocho:

Usually too pak'd to remember which ones sell beers and which ones don't.  think I remember that it is basically the Big 12 tourney and the NCAAs where they don't.  All others, they do.

Do it dude. Also pregame with us. Just do me a favor, when we meet, act like you've known me forever. The new friend might think I'm weird if half my friends are from the internet.
