Everyone is just throwing spitballs at this thing and it is frankly pretty awful. Lets get down to business.

Rule #1 of restaurants is that the name has to rhyme. Weber doesn't rhyme with anything so that crap is right out the window. That leaves us with oscar. What rhymes with oscar you ask? Juice. oscar's Juices, now we're cooking.

Rule #2 of restaurants are you need a challenge to get people in the door. Give me one decent (Michelin starred) restaurant without an eating challenge. You can't do it. Drinking more juice than everyone else could work, but in the health crazed world we live in, people don't want to drink that much. What does that leave us with? A ghost pepper juice that is hot as crap, you say? Fuckin' right a ghost pepper juice that is hot as crap.
