Yeah, I mean, this is a good space filler between football seasons and we just decide to basically dominate it. And we're playing against teams that make this sport a priority.

"Stud" football program is 486–615–41 (.444) all time, has won just 6 conference titles (2 since 1934), is 41-64-5 (.395) all time against its in-state rival, has a winning record against 3 of 9 other Big XII programs (not to mention not a single one against the four who have left recently), and is 6-10 all-time in bowl games, never having won a BCS bowl.

yeah i agree.  my grandpa LOVED baseball.  he would sit in his room and listen to old KC A's games on the radio and keep score.  Had hundreds of old score sheets lying around.
