This has to be the best season in the history of the entire state of Kansas at any level, assuming we win at Stillwater. Winning the 2 best sports in the same year in the best athletic conference in the country? Wow guys.

I honestly can't think of anything that's even close. I mean, I'm sure some high school has won both sports in the same year, but it's high school.

Hutch CC plays some pretty good football/basketball as i understand it, don't know if they've ever brought home two rings in the same year, though.

i thought about making this a "best athletic year in the history of the ncaa" but i think florida won the natty in both one year or something.

I might caveat it's shaping up to be the best regular season...the Oregon loss was a let-down, and if we fall short of the S 16 that will be a disappointment as well. I think we need an E8 run in b-ball to cap this off (maybe a confy tourney title also?)

Best ever. Football was mindblowingly awesome.

Basketball has us ready to champ it up and posed to make a deep run in the NCAA's. As many high ranking teams there are losing every week, this year could easily see a bunch of seeds other than 1's in the E8 or FF. Why not us? Angel needs to get as healthy as possible.
