its nice having one of the few teams that can actually score points.

Yeah that thread was depressing.  The life has been sucked out of those guys. also this

That game was a beating.

Highlight of the game was the failed Harlem Shake.

The song starts. Jumbotron shows the Gorilla dancing in empty stands. Meanwhile, the Gorilla goes to the student section, expecting the students to go wild at the appropriate time. There appears to be some coordination, cause when the time to go wild happens, all the students sit down. The Gorilla is the only one standing, dancing. After about five seconds, he stops dancing and sits down. Song continues with the Gorilla surrounded by sitting students. Song ends. Students high-five each other. Gorilla then gets a high-five.
Its good to see even their students don't care.

I thought the Gorilla was their mascot. Wait - who'd we beat last night?
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Probably tried to order the Chicago dog but was denied.

If oscar was still at Illinois, he would HAVE TO order a Chicago dog. No choice.

But now he can order whatever he wants, like a boss.

Probably ordered a SuperSonic double, large rings, cherry-vanilla DP, and big Oreo Sonic blast.

JUST BECAUSE HE CAN!

Worth noting

•  The crowd of 8,106 was so small at tip-off that Texas officials invited fans in the upper deck to move down to vacant seats closer to the court.
