Yes the loss Saturday sucked. But, I think that I have come to the conclusion that the thing that bothers me most at this point is that KSuck is still playing.
For KU fans......you never forget seeing KSU fans tearing down the goalposts on your home field. You never forget the 64-0 football game and how KSU fans mercifully rubbed it in your face. You never forget having to listen to Mike Beasley talk about beating KU in Africa and have them actually pull a game out to end one of the coolest streaks in all of college basketball. You don't forget LHC Bill Snyder putting his starters back in to preserve a shut-out. You just don't forget.
Why would anyone want KState to win? Haven't figured that one out yet.
No true KU fan ever wants K-State or Missouri to win unless it directly helps us and since we're out of it there is no helping us.
I would cheer for k-state if they didn't have ******* fans including the ones I work with and have to hear about anything negative that happens at KU.
I've never understood the KSU love from KU fans on this board either.
KSU fans are the biggest KU haters in this world, screw KSU. They belong in the Mountain West or Wac anyway. I'd much rather see Texas A&M or Baylor represent this conference well, since KU's eliminated.
The privilege of having a great basketball program means KU fans don't have to be insecure about the success of KU's conference foes. Instead of lowering yourself to K-State fans' level, you could choose to recognize they have a very good team this year (albeit, one that we beat three times) and hope they represent the conference well.
I'm not actively rooting for KSU. I don't even really like Martin, Delonte, Jacob Pullen's ridiculous beard, or Clemente's attitude.

I was watching the Wichita news last night channel 12 (CBS). They were showing a bar downtown with KSU and KU fans watching the games. They interviewed a girl decked out in KU gear...she took off her shirt turned it wrong side out and wrote "K State" on it. She was pretty damn hot too...
If you guys think the same fanbase who insists on calling us "G*yhawks" would handle winning a National Championship with any sort of class you are sadly mistaken. And if you're tempted to cheer for them because you like their team just remember Clemente slapping Reed in the back of the head like a little girl.
You will regret rooting for KSU as soon as you see a goon wearing a powercat hat and a Northern Iowa shirt.
The thing that bothers me most is that we should be playing against MSU this Friday without Kalin Lucas.

People on here supporting ksu are lucky, they must know the rare polite ksu fan who respect ku as a program or have family, wives etc who are good sports. I dont know one ksu fan like that, not one. 3 in laws would make it very painful at holidays for the next 40 years if kstate won it all. I hope syracuse, kentucky or whoever plays them piss pounds them into oblivion.
I just wouldn't want to listen to all the K state fans talking about a run to the final 4 let alone a national championship...could you imagine what it would be like if they won it all?

the sooner they lose, the better. This is the only thing that will ease the pain of our early exit. I know, I know, pathetic, but I work with KSUck people and I don't want to hear anymore out of them!
