This - IMO AAU probably not going to happen unless we increase the number of grad students A LOT, which likely won't happen unless we add a law school and/or med school. State won't support another med school and law schools are going broke right now.

Also, still don't understand how flood aggie got AAU status and how they are keeping it.

I don't think we are going to get into the AAU anytime soon, because right now the academic elites are trying to remove members, and they frown on Ag research for some reason (unless that was just a pathetic excuse by Nebraska).
