Solid epi. One downside of not reading the comics is that I don't know if I like new characters. Are they good? Bad? Whaaaat?

Same here, she looked like she was suffocating her.

Same, but Michael Cudlitz is pretty awesome so that's a plus.

I have a feeling that girl is going to end up killing someone we like (or maybe her sister) cause she is a psychopath.

She already killed the sick people. Carol was covering for her.

Would be awesome if true, but it's not.  No way the little girl could drag adults outside to burn them.

Carol could have helped destroy the evidence.

pretty good epi.

Obv. that the girl wasn't going to kill Judith -- they weren't going to save her character only to kill her off 2 minutes later.  Still have to have some emotional scene later on when Rick realizes she's still alive.

Hopefully the new group coming next week doesn't turn into another Governor's group vs. Rick's group.

Wasn't the girl struggling like hell to kill an actual zombie long after the sick people were killed?  No way she killed those people.  You also give the Walking Dead way too much credit for their writing if you think they are going to throw in even half a plot twist

When I'm right and this big plot twist is revealed, I am going to mush your faces so hard. How hard would it be for a devious little girl to kill severely sick people? Not very.

Finally got around to watching it, it was alright. Rick and Carl are a major storyline so I'm glad they got their own full episode and this one caught up the rest. I heard or read about the introduction of new characters, will be interesting to see how they impact everything. What I think is going to happen is everyone but Rick, Carl, and Michonne will eventually end up in the same group. Wonder if they will all be like this split or if the upcoming will include all groups in the same episode.

What would be AWESOME is if this new fella and his crew are just like the Gov'na and his crew.  And the next 2 seasons can be about disagreements and minor altercations between these two small groups of people in the same area of rural Atlanta that the rest of the show has taken place.  But instead of a prison, maybe it would be exciting if the next 2 seasons were staged in a hospital about a quarter mile down the road from the prison.  Oh, and add in some zombies for a breath of suspense from time to time.  Although at this point, considering a screw driver or garden spade will generally do the trick, anybody who gets bitten by a walker is basically a huge dumbass.

I'm excited to read this thread in a week or so. Binged through seasons one and two the last two days.

I thought Maggie's voice sounded really weird in the last episode. Did her accent get more twangy or something?

Her and the guy that plays Rick are British.  I wonder if it's easier for them do American southern accent because it hides the British accent?

Maybe I'm the only one, but I had no idea those two were British until I saw the behind-the-scenes spot the other day.  Would explain why they sound so weird.
