Walling in the quarry would have been a much better idea. It could have kept attracting and trapping zombos.

They could easily have implemented a system that kept them in yet released a few at a time to ensure the quarry didn't overflow. Just like a reservoir.
Also, if Glenn actually survives a moshpit of hundreds of zombies, that would be pretty laughably lame, right? I mean granted, this show has already reduced zombies to the danger level of, say, cattle, but come on.
Can we talk about Ricks hand for a quick second? He cut it on a machete through a zombie, so in fact he should be infected now right? He kept wrapping it and freaking out about it but I bet that nothing comes of it even though it should.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning. They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

I believe that the governor is the one that cut it off, so this might be hinting at that. Not that we should be worried he would turn or something. The sad thing to me about Glenn's death is poor Maggie. She has had to deal with losing everyone she has loved. And will either be a blubbering mess or become a stone hearted killer with no regards for her own life. Also I'd feel really sad for her.
They've all been exposed to plenty of zombie blood. I thought the rules of this show were that it's gotta be a bite.
if you'll note, earlier in this thread i bemoaned the inconsistency that a zombie bite should have any affect on a person who is already affected by the zombie virus, but was roundly told to shut up.
Also their filthy nails, I mean clip them every once in a while. Amiright!?

However, I do believe that the zombie bites lead to an infection (from the zombie saliva) that weakens you and makes you die quicker. Don't think showering in zombie blood would have much affect (unless it affects open cuts or something)Didn't Rick bite the throat out of a zombie once?

Glenn wasn't in the opening when they say the actors names, he's dead
