I'm not good at Twitter and I don't know much about it, but do you have to announce it every time you block someone? Or can you just do it and not tell all your followers?

Every time he does that, I think of when the parody pelini or beebe would tweet "DIRECT MESSAGE TO ..." and it was kind of funny like ha real bo pelini or dan beebe wouldn't know how to DM someone.
