Buying has always scared me. My parents lost the only house they ever bought. Obviously I learned from their mistakes with the way I take care of my $. I know it doesn't make sense throwing $ away to renting something tho.

Thanks, friend. Had a friend post a rental in waldo off Mcgee street today. We reached out to her. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, but only 755 sq ft. We drove around Sunday and almost found nothing around the area. Looks really hard to get into right now.

acadadmie lafayette is on 69th street. which is basically the best elementary school in the city. Plus, a ton of Catholic schools, we know Wackster's in-laws would love that

Crossroads Academy is lottery but if you live downtown you get automatically put in I think.
