Do you guys think that Daniel might be a little bit mean to the other QB's on the team who could never hope to be as good at football as he is? His backups seem to quit the team pretty regularly.

Maybe Daniel just kills them with kindness, then? Whatever it is, his backups decide to get out while the getting's good. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Waters is looking to transfer after this season is over.

Let's face it.  Daniel probably just walks around with his shirt off all the time, and creates an environment where no one else wants to compete with him.  It's no one's "fault," per se.  It's just nature.
