Skipped my 5 year but went to my 10 year last year. It was fun to see how fat and ugly everyone else had become.

I'm looking forward to that in four years so much.

I have absolutely zero interest in describing what I've been doing the last 10 years of my life to strangers I DGAF about.

It's actually kinda sad.  :frown: I mean, I still felt good about it inside, but you could tell that some of that energy for life was gone in some.

Just deserts. Many of the people from my high school class are terrible human beings. (not that I'm any better, I suppose)

But, I'm not going to whatever the hell is going on at the park. Will go to F14 show that night.

F14 is playing your high school reunion? I'm crashing it.
Yep

Ya. I had some scum of the earth as well. My school was in poorly Douglas County for god sakes. Meth capital of Kansas. What were you thinking mom and dad? :shakesfist:

I went to a really small school, so it was a small crowd. I talked to the 5 or 6 people I like, which happen to be the 5 or 6 I've stayed in touch with. Just exchanged brief small talk with the others...

Highlights:
"Oh, you're on your 2nd marriage? I'm so glad you finally found happiness!"
or
"When's your 3rd kid due? That's just great. The other 2 don't seem like absolute terrors, and who needs sleep anyways?"
or
"From what I hear Walmart is an amazing company to work for. They really take care of their employees!"

I know a few other people from your hometown. They are all very interesting people.

Everyone in my high school was so adamant they were getting out of Salina the instant they graduate but 75% are still there.

Went to my five year and we went to the homecoming football game then met up the next day and basically played frat style party games and got trashed.  Out of 42 people in our graduating class only about 15 showed up.  Fingers crossed the ten year will be better.

This.  Plus I just feel guilty comparing my life to everyone else's.
