so OKclone will be back after our next L or sooner??

Sooner, but also after your next loss.
Ha. So you're openly saying "you're that guy",
 'Grats!

 :nono:

Oh no! Policeman Havs is wagging his finger in shaming manner!

Bang up timing there, guy
I don't make it here often....but i'm not your guy, friend....

You should carve out more time to visit.  It's a nice place.  Of course, I understand that figuring out the hometowns of the refs for Monday's game and where/with whom they play golf in the offseason is quite time-consuming.

You guys should be friends, considering you are practically neighbors.

Re: Do you think Self made his payments to the Refs yet?

I love posters who feel obligated to comment on the viability of a thread....haha. Keep your butt hurt in silence....this is a great and pertinent thread.
I love "GeorgetownLaw". I will ignore you until eternity, but just know that you are ********* of incredible stature. KU has benefited from the subliminal influence of referee bias for decades. It is not intentional....it is just a FACT that referees know there is less negative career impact for them to miss a call against the day's Washington Generals than to miss a call against the Holy KU Law School Alumni complex. Thus, the games are biased toward KU. Capice?

Lastly, Bill Self pays the referees with Supplemental Nutrition Assitance Program cards....untraceable and easy to move on the street.

re: different night same old ****
It's OK. Once you accept the universal truth that KU sucks, no result of a game will change that result. Their team, their fans, their school all embody this.

I would never want to be a Jayhawk. Proud to be a Cyclone.

Amazing thing is you tell this to a Jayhawk fan and they don't understand. (More support for why KU Sucks).

*****Official KU sucks thread*****
Posts about the suckiness that is KU,

KU sucks. Want proof? You can't prove an axiom.

KU could go undefeated and win a National Championship, but they would still suck because their Kansas.

Yup.

To their credit, they actually are very accurate with their self-critiques tonight.  I really can't hate.  It's actually kinda sad.  They acknowledge they got thoroughly beat, shot like crap and, wait for it, they even acknowledge they got the better end of the officiating  :sdeek: well played, CF.

Re: Really fans???
Op, STFU. Seriously. Just STFU. Someone yelled at my wife and I walking down to the lower deck with 25 seconds left. It was probably you.

My wife is sick and wasn't feeling well, and was getting hot. We went down so she could go to the bathroom and then we watched the end from the lower deck. You're right. I'm a terrible fan.

Re: Really fans???
Ahh, classic blame the fans post. Find any school, any where with our history in sports and our level of fan support and I'll jump on the wagon with you. As a fan you at least need a little something to cheer for. On a night like tonight you look dumb still sticking g it out and cheering.

I guess I look at tonight as a blessing. My biggest feer in life is ISU as a #1 seed in the tourney. I've been kicked in the nuts enough to know if any #1 loses to a 16. It would probably be ISU.

Re: The Three didn't kill us...

Pathetic shooting and crooked officiating killed this one.

Still could have shot our way into the win with anything resembling competence in shooting.

Amazing.  This scholar's signature is presented below...

Since we are an elite team now, let's go get that One Cyclone Moment.

This is a prevalent talking point for them, they take pride in the fact that they have been historically mediocre at best in basketball and football but they still tolerate and support having a self-imposed ceiling of average.

Indeed.  I've also learned of a Cyclone motto that has a particular Southern flavor and may as well reflect this mindset:  "Loyal Sons Forever True."
