Illini people don't care at all.

In other Illini news, we're getting a new logo. They held a competition where students submit what they've got and everyone votes on the best one. I like this one:

This is what I know about Illinois from their message boards and hearing their fans talk:

-They started strong, because they shot really really well, and John Groce was obviously a better coach than #oscar.

-Teams figured out their schtick, big 10 season came and defenses knew how to defend them, then all of a sudden it was #oscar's fault again, can't blame Groce.

-Ok, maybe Groce really sucks too, but he can recruit! (ed. note, same recruiting success as #oscar past 3 seasons).

bread, i sat next to some illinois folk in ORD the other day, and they saw my emaw hat and were all like "i really wish we still had oscar, the press just wasn't fair to him".

At Illinois the last year of Asbury. I remember listening on radio and I believe we wore black Reebok unis. Final was 81-48.

Then in Wooly's first year at home, lost 76-56.
