Texas has the potential to play good defense and knows how to ugly up the game. But they've also won only one game away from home this year, and that was over a 7-11 Miss St team in Hawaii (after losing to Chaminade). In league games, they rank 8th in Off AND Def efficiency. They are a bad team, but on paper they have talent.

I wish I cared. I cared for a while. But this past week broke me. Usually after a loss I'm pretty downtrodden for a couple hours. After Iowa State there was no change in my demeanor. It was as if nothing happened. Maybe I'll just cheer for Rodney to get 20 PPG and win Big 12 player of the year.
