Roommates Needed Post???

Ya, I'm pretty much fracked.  Person who was going to move in in June backed out.  Im 2 years outta college, and am lookin for someone else to pay rent.  2 bed 2 bath, bar, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dowtown manhattan on poyntz.  pretty legit pad.
