i looked this up last night, each has.  Oklahoma in 04-05 and Texas the following year in 05-06... however in both cases, they tied for champs with KU, so we could be the first to have an outright claim to both titles (minus the whole OU football thing...)

That has absolutely nothing to do with who the regular season champion is, though. KU won a co-championship those years, just like OU did in football this year.
