He is the WR coach at Youngstown State under another former EMAW Eric Wolford. It appears to be Coleman's first coaching job, started in 2010.

Not the worst hire of a former player considering his NFL pedigree and at least some prior coaching exp, better than just promoting a GA

Considering our need for a young recruiter, you would think some answers about his recruiting ability at Youngstown State will eventually arise.

I like Dre & I think he'll do well. He has the charisma for recruitment if

lets him do it. He was a good receiver & should be able to teach (he's personable, driven, and a good communicator). Plus he'll lower the average age of the coaching staff by like 10 years. I say
