** We did not score in the final 6 minutes......as FAN said the JV sucked

Other thoughts =
Nice to see a 17/8 assist to TO ratio
Refs were a little shaky in 2nd half.  We had 13 fouls to their 4
I thought DJamer played like crap and really did not want to be in the game
Tay was a BEAST on defense
Diaz had some nice minutes, but he still needs to be more productive on def and Def boards

The offense looked pretty great for most of the game.  Motion O is definitely pretty to watch when the team is scoring efficiently.  That said, any offense is nice to look at when you have a huge talent/ skill advantage. 

_Fan, what of the FTR?  Was it low mostly due to lack of a real defensive threat from TCU tonight? Lots of easy buckets from in close, mid-range, as well as open threes.

The offense looked pretty great for most of the game.  Motion O is definitely pretty to watch when the team is scoring efficiently.  That said, any offense is nice to look at when you have a huge talent/ skill advantage. 

_Fan, what of the FTR?  Was it low mostly due to lack of a real defensive threat from TCU tonight? Lots of easy buckets from in close, mid-range, as well as open threes.

Rod is definitely figuring it out.

And FTR is partially that, we are just more of a jump shooting team now and we had a ton of open shots.

I can't get over how terrible TCU is though.

Some observations from Fort Worth:

TCU's arena=very mid-majory. The restroom at my hotel room is wider than the concourse. everything seems old with poor lighting. they play a sound effect (like Sonic the Hedghog collecting rings) after every made free-throw.

Seats=total crap

TCU fans=the oddest I have ever seen. Example: lots of men wearing suits and women in pants suits. Girls in very skimpy pink, neon green and red club dresses. Students are all very tuckish. they all left with 9 minutes to go.

Atmosphere=crap

Band=they don't seem to know more than 4 songs, and played maybe 10 times total. Lots of Canned music. Also--guy with a deer in a sweater WTF

TCU Showgirls=are way hot. They dance about every 2 timeouts and are about the only thing worth a damn at TCU basketball games.

KSU=we have some seriously K-Stateo fans. One teenage kid took it upon himself to yell while we are on D. He was the only one in the damn place doing it (TCU fans included) he did it the whole game. his dad was even

The only real take away and it's a positive . . . after the ugly start, K-State kicked it into gear and basically just toyed with TCU until the JV went in.

It felt like if we had played hard/well the entire 2nd half that we could've won by 30+.
