McShay replied to that tweet and said many teams have him as TE2 in the draft.

Could sneak into Day 2 and join Cooper.

Kiper's latest position rankings has Howard at No. 6 QB (above Ewers), but no other Cats in the top 10 at any position (presumably Giddens, Parrish and maybe Kilty just outside the top 10)

Howard is benefitting from recent good play (and therefore getting hype), but no way will he go higher than Ewers.
