Listened to Fitz on 810 yesterday and, i mean, what a Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!). BITB asked him if he was surprised EMAWers were rich enough to pay for the suites (great question, bitb). Fitz tried explaining the facility and basically had no idea what he was talking about. It's like he doesn't read the Expansion thread on here. what a dumbass.
Then he was asked to predict the opening day starter, to which he responded SAMS. BUT, he qualified it by saying that Waters would be the starter by the 1st conference game. various reasons.
1) Snyder likes to reward the guy that's been in the program longer. wtf?
2) Snyder like to play vanilla in the first few games, which is more suitable to Sams' tiny brain. essentially, with no evidence whatsoever, claims that JuCo transfer Waters (white) has a much better grasp on the playbook than 3rd year Sams (black), so the "Snake" will start against UT. racist + wtf?
3) Snyder likes to surprise people. example? Grant Gregory replaced Carson Coffman as the starting QB for conference play in 2009. Omits the fact that Coffman was a garbage QB, who put up garbage numbers going 2-2 against garbage teams in the non-con. maybe Carson's suck had more to do with the QB switch than the wizard's trickery.
Anyway, that's about it.
