which game would be least pud to go to - flyers vs rangers or flyers vs devils?  I've been to like 3 NHL games

They'd both be pretty awesome. I'm going to the Avs Red Wings game this Friday, would have been an awesome game in like 1998

thanks ksc, i don't really follow hockey other than this thread

weekend's looking up for you

The Flyers have easily been the biggest disappointment in hockey, insane that they may finish dead ass last. I would go to the Rangers game because they have the more entertaining coach, the better players, and the more offense friendly system.

Agreed, but for a casual hockey fan (tobias) a Flyers-Rangers game could be pretty fun because you'll get to see a lot of hits and probably a boxing match or two.

Either way, both are rivalry games. You'll have fun.

Welp, the West could get interesting but I think Detroit and Minnesota will beat out Dallas and Columbus. Minnesota plays a bunch of pud teams and Dallas has to play Columbus and Detroit in the last two games and go to San Jose tomorrow.

:bawl: good season guys, gave it a hell of a run

"They play almost an identical schedule this year because of the lockout" - you literally spoke these words like 3 days ago ya jackwagon.  Just face the facts: Minnesota is a better team than Dallas and I'm a bigger fan of the Wild than you are of the Stars.

The Northwest division is horrible.

I meant their remaining schedule, asshat. But since you brought it up...

Also, I told you they play only the conference teams and specifically told you that you play your own division more... just like every other sport.

The Northwest (Minnesota's Division) will have 2 of 5 teams in the playoffs if the Wild make it. The Pacific (Dallas' Division) will have 3 of 5 teams in the playoffs, plus 2 that are still chasing in Dallas and Phoenix. The leaves the Central Division with most 3 teams as well unless the Stars or Coyotes sneak in.

Can't wait for the Wild to choke and miss the playoffs/fall to the 8 seed and get stomped by the Blackhawks in the first round.

I'm pretty sure the Wild took 2 of the 3 games against the Stars (including 2 games in Dallas) so  :comeatme:

Oh will you look at that, they also took 2 of 3 from the Coyotes (2 games in Phoenix).

Go ahead and talk about how the "Northwest Division sucks" all you want losers...I've got scoreboard.

I actually want the Wild to make the playoffs, I want no success for Detroit in any way, shape or form. I'm simply pointing out that division blows which is pretty inarguable.

The Northwest does suck, and it has sucked for quite some time.  Calgary, Edmonton and Colorado have been train wrecks for years, and Minnesota was too until last offseason.

Stars were up 2-1 with 7 to go last night and didn't get a point, all but mathematically eliminating themselves from the playoffs.

Pretty butthurt

The Stars need the Jackets and Red Wings to both lose their last 2 games. Lucky for them, they play the Jackets and Red Wings in their final 2 games so win out and a little help and they're in. Just sucks they couldn't beat the Sharks on Tuesday.

So the 'yotes are gone, the stars are gone...

Are there any other hockey kids teams in the playoffs besides me (Sens) and Sabination (wild)?

My streaky Sharks are at Vancouver. Swept the season series. Hope we have it together.
