I still can't imagine how much of an absolute piece of crap you'd have to be to not only get drunk and drive into people, but to then not even check on them but instead pace around in a parking lot trying to call your lawyer.

One of them has extensive brain injuries that will haunt him for the rest of his life. I don't remember which one, but the mom will have to take him into custody. He isn't even the same person. It's kind of bullshit that the stupid eff only gets 4 years in prison instead of more.
