Seth is the dumb ass.  "Little Manhattan".  It's like he could decide to shoot for the rim(Mahattan) or the glass(Little Apple) and ended up hitting between the two and the ball got stuck, the ref had to stop the game, and have some guy jump up there and get it loose.  Embarrassing.
