There is a reason we have 5 losses in 23 years when leading at half

We play our game and execute without making mistakes and our good defenses over the years are LETHAL in the 4th qtr when we have the lead

Said it once, i will say it again... UO had 83 freaking yards with 1:00 to go in the 1st half.   Knowing that, its bad that we were not ahead at half... but being down 22-10 was just depressing

No Top 10 team (not 1996, 2006, 2012) is gonna beat this UO team when down by 12 pts at the half

We didnt play good or even decent IMO on offense or Spec teams before  we snuffed out their fake punt.... but had we just capitalized on the momentum and scored a TD to end the half, we are up 17-15.............

And it s a WHOLE DIFFERENT ballgame to start the 2nd half

Yea we lost the game when we could have gone up 17-15 before half, that last drive before half was huge

NO way was our defense going to contain the Oregon Offense the whole game.  This one falls on the offense.

Ducks 12-24 passing and only 4.8 yards per carry.   Hats off Defense.   That should have been good enough to get a Win tonight.  Too bad the effecient offense and great ST play were nowhere to be found

To compare how solid the D was. 

UO vs Stan  21-37 207passing....  40-198 (5.0 rush att)..... 4/19 on 3rd and 4th down conv

UO vs Ksu 12-24 166 passing..... 45-219 (4.8 rush att)..... 6/17 on 3rd and 4th down conv.

Stanford did force the 1 Int, but other than that, our D was just a little better
