I dont think I have ever been to a town with more than 15,000 people and not had a great time, have really enjoyed PHX on my four visits.  Then again I'm not a boring person and people love being around me, it's easy to find the party.

I enjoyed my time there. Westgate was fun, and I remember some bar called Hell or something that was pretty good. It's been over three years though.
