Year 1- gut the bad apples, implement real coaching/S&C, play more competitive

Year 2- load up on talented JCs, get a real QB, bear fruits of real S&C, win 5+ games to show marked improvement (possible shtty bowl)

Year 3- sell HS kids on improvement and PT with so many Seniors; go bowling. Sign a big time QB (if he's not on campus already)

(complete renovations. No track, square off the bowl, update concourses, etc)

Year 4- Same results win-wise as year 3, but much younger team. Plug a few holes with JCs, but more HS kids for future

Year 5- It's all built, 100% Gill free, 6-8 wins a given. Weis decides if it's his swan song or a couple more years.

Year 6- Weis coaches one more year, mostly because he has found a Reesing with a gun. Balls bounce the right way all year, and we win the North on a tiebreaker. In the Big 12 title game, the 10 point underdog Jayhawks shock the football world when a 85 yard TD drive beats FSU 34-31.
KU is the 3 seed in the BCS playoff, getting a great draw by getting Stanford. KU wins 29-21.
The title game, played in the Rose Bowl, matches KU vs tOSU and first year coach Dave Doeren. Despite being undersized on both lines, KU uses big plays to stay close all night. Down 1 with 48 seconds left, a long punt return gets KU to tOSUs 33. After a holding penalty and 2 incompletions, our QB finds our RS TE for an 11 yard gain, setting up a 50 yard FG. KUs kicker, a Lou Groza award finalist, drills the game winner as time expires. (I miss the end because I'm having a threesome with two 20 yr old Asian chicks. I celebrate later)

Skip years 2-5 and go straight to six.  Anybody that thinks the #dreamteam2013 will win less than 10 games next year and go to a BCS bowl obviously doesn't follow college football.
