This happens a couple of times every year, some pollster will make an accidental error on their ballot. They'll simply forget a team or accidentally mess up blank university with blank state university. I remember a few years ago a guy fessed up to making a mistake on a drop down.
You can tell the legit decent dudes from the chuds when this happens. Usually the person making the mistake owns up to it, a simple "apologies I don't forgot to include Kansas State on my ballot, I'll be sure to fix it next week." Instead, this idiot replied to one person with a couple of snarky comments, then turned notifications off on his tweet about the ballot, and is going to simply ignore what he did wrong. People lacking personal accountability is a horrific personality trait.
