So I haven't binged much in 2013. When I have an evening of binge will my tolerance be lower and less alcohol will do the trick? How does that work?

maybe slightly lower tolerance i would guess, probably not much though. if you've been dieting hardcore and losing weight then maybe more so.

if youve been dieting and working out (after not doing it previously) there will virtually be no hangover. can confirm.

I have a high school friend's dad who does that on a lot of nights. Hangs out watching TV with a couple bottles of wine until he falls asleep on the couch.

Guys I got absolutely dismantled last weekend.

Advanced stats-wise, alcohol was at like 1.79 PPP and mocat was around 0.52 PPP

I have not had a single drink in 4 1/2 days. That is just about the longest I can remember going since college started. There was one time I went a week though.
